What are the guidelines you have nursery workers?
I am helping to organize the care of children of women a meeting and I want to make a list of do's and don'ts for caregivers when it comes to the mother to file and collect their child (ren). Our employees have all contributed in the church nursery, etc., but our first meeting was somewhat chaotic when it comes to p / u, down / off children. I have listed: greet each parent, have them sign in, give each a pager. And for p / u mother must return pager, to be allowed again, and be informed of any concerns and / or praise. These are babies – 2yr. What I forget not? =)
When I drop and pick my daughter up at daycare I have to sign in and sign out. They have locked door, if a teacher has to open the door for you.
