Tuning an Alpine audio system?
I've heard a million ways to do it, but what is the best way to deal a sound system? I'm six runs half elements Type R front (tweeters and 6 1 / 2 's in both the door) 6X9 Type R in the back ('03 Eclipse GTS, replacing the factory Infinity Sound System) – both running through an amp Alpine 100Wx4 4-channel. In addition, a sub 12 'Type R running a sub Alpine 600Wx1 AMP (both measured RMS). All this will be running through an Alpine CDA-9885 Amps has lowpass and highpass filters and the usual bass and treble adjustments (and adjustments on the amp too). I Dynamat extreme throuout positioned and properly connected, even with improved 16ga wiring car speakers. Where do I start with the setting of this system? I do not particularly want to use the test disc CD and dB template consisting of a home theater, but if necessary. Please advise.
