panoramic photo software

How to take multiple images of an object to form a panoramic view 360deg?
So …. I have a program that you can view an object 360 mode but added loads of images of the object to it, they show the demo object in this software is consists of 65 images so like to take a picture of the object and rotating a few degrees, then another picture, etc. until you have enough photos to build a 3D object 360deg. So my question is, what is the best way to generate these 65 pictures, you take a video of the object with your digi-camera and say something and then break the 65 pictures or video from that, do you take 65 still photos and try to keep a steady hand / position around of the object, I suppose when you think about it, they would use a tripod and a studio, everyone did something like that? Maybe use something like a 3D scanner??
I've never done a 360 degrees but I have many views. The technique is essentially the same property. Here are the steps to make a panorama. Refer to the instructions of your software to assemble the pictures together. 1. Tripod. This is essential. Need the horizon and the same level throughout the panorama for that natural look. 2. Camera. You want to take a meter reading on average and there hold. Your opening should be the same everywhere. This will keep the same depth of field. Changing the aperture will change the DOF. DOF is the amount of the scene which is under discussion. For landscapes you want while focusing nearly far. This means that you must use a small aperture (larger number). If you change something to change the shutter speed. 3. The gunshots. With you onboard camera on the tripod and set your exposure start at the left. Take a picture. Pan on the right on the last shot running about 25%. Continue until you have made the whole scene. 4. Then download the pictures on your computer and use software to assemble them.
