photo aging software

Im 14 and have a real passion for photography. I also have extensive experience in graphic design and using a photo editor. (Despite my age) I am looking to buy a digital camera with manual functions (manual focus ect ..) but im having problems finding one under 100 pounds (about $ 164) I do not know weather I'd be better off getting a marker and a camera or SLR camera Shoot. I need a camera with which to take clear photos (images that Dont Look too grainy) but because I want to cut back on costs as much as possible, if the picture quality is not very good, I'd be able to fix images using a photo editor. All suggestions and advice will be greatly appreciated! Thank you x
First, let me congratulate you for your journalistic excellence. You are 14 with the command of an adult literary educated. Think photojournalism! Digital cameras are fairly steep, but for what you are interested in further, consider making a film camera. For the same price, you can purchase a very nice camera (Nikon or Canon – I use Nikon) which will more than your passion and the advantage is, you can also learn photography through the use of it much faster than anyone using a digital ..
