How do I make my Mac Laptop able to access the Internet?
Do I need a special room for pay something every month or something similar, or will it simply not work?
Assuming you have a MacBook and MacOS X (which are all compatible Wi-Fi). Just turn the Airport Card on (small logo in the corner that looks like a baseball field) and it can detect all wireless networks Local. If there are none, then connect an Ethernet cable to your DSL or cable modem. That's it. If you have an iBook addition, make sure it has a card AirPort, or simply connect via the modem (dialup slow) or use an Ethernet cable and Hook it up. This is all assuming you have an Ethernet connection at home and Roadrunner, Verizon, etc.
