Using white distilled vinegar in the recipe instead of apple cider vingar?
The recipe for salad dressings. It calls for cider vinegar Apple, but everything I have gallons of white distilled vinegar. The will make a big difference if I used white instead of apple cider?
They are basically the same. The main flavor of vinegar is acidic. The apple flavor is not as important. If there are other flavor ingredients up in the dressing, it will be difficult to notice a tangible difference between white vinegar and cider.
